SameDayFlash offers a variety of fast and convenient services to meet your custom flash drive needs. Whether it’s a bulk custom branded order for a large corporate event or beautifully intricate wood etched design for your wedding clients, your custom USB order will be completed due to your specifications, delivered on time and for the exact cost we quoted you.

Printing Services

For each custom flash drive model, there are different printing options available including Digital Printing, Rubber Stamp Imprint, and Laser Engraving. You can custom print your design or upload the artwork (link to upload page) and we’ll set it up for you at no extra cost!

• Digital Print: We offer full, 4-color CMYK for digital images. This method works best for photography artwork, logos that feature 3 or more colors, and the SD102 Credit Card model drives. This process uses UV cured digital ink that is durable and long lasting. As an additional bonus on certain orders, a glossy finish may be applied to the print to give your custom flash drive an extra shine sure to catch the eye of prospective customers or guests.
• Rubber Stamp Imprint: The rubber stamp method provides a high-fidelity print and is the ideal printing solution for any 1 to 2 color logo designs. This method is available for custom USB models including the SD100 Swivel, SD101 Snap Cap, and SD103 Grove.
• Laser Engrave: This engraving is a special print option available primarily for our SD103 Wooden Grove drive, though it can also be used on some colored swivel clips for our SD100 Swivel model. This unique printing process will take your artwork and convert it to an actual laser-etched design. Ideal for wedding photos or as gifts, this engraving provides a long lasting, elegant style to your custom flash drive bulk order.

Data Services

In addition to printing options, we offer two types of data services for your custom USB drives: Data Loading and Data Locking.

• Data Loading: If you have content like photos or files that you would like to preload onto your drives, let us do the heavy lifting! We can output a high volume of loaded drives with a very short turn-around time. Pre-loaded USB drives can be formatted to your specifications, as well. Pricing for data loaded USB flash drives will vary based on the size of the total data load per drive.
• Data Lock:In addition to loading the drives, you may go one step further and data lock your bulk order of custom flash drives. This process will prevent the drive from having any additional data written onto it, as well as preventing the drive from being formatted or erased. Data locking your custom flash drives is an ideal solution for protecting sensitive or distributed information that you do not want to be altered or removed.
